About Advanced ICD-10-CM (Part TWO) of the AMCI Professional Coding Course

Part TWO of Four of the AMCI Professional Coding Course focuses on Advanced ICD-10-CM and builds directly upon the foundational knowledge gained in Part ONE. This module offers in-depth instruction on ICD-10-CM chapter-specific guidelines, complex diagnostic coding scenarios, and exam-like case application across all body systems. Students will deepen their understanding of guideline application, sequencing rules, and nuanced diagnosis coding critical for both CCS-P and CPC success. Completion of Part TWO strengthens diagnostic accuracy and is essential preparation before continuing to Part THREE (Advanced CPT/HCPCS) and Part FOUR (Exam Prep).

Meet Your Instructors

At AMCI, our instructors are experienced, certified, and passionate about teaching the next generation of medical coders. You’ll be guided by a dynamic team of experts: Mrs. Jay (MJ) – Curriculum Development Manager and Founder member of AMCI. She brings precision, warmth, and a keen eye for detail to ICD-10-CM instruction and helps maintain the integrity of the AMCI Medical Coding Guidelines Manual. She specializes in breaking down complex coding scenarios with clarity, while also supporting students through communication channels like Discord and HubSpot. Mr. Sandeep – Curriculum Developer and Instructor. Based in Dubai, he offers global insight and CPT expertise, helping students master even the most challenging guideline applications. Ms. Mills – Medical Terminology and Anatomy Instructor. She introduces students to the language of medicine with energy and clarity, laying a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and medical terms essential to accurate coding.
